Constituents often contact my office inquiring about job opportunities within the federal government. Below are some resources that should help anyone interested in finding employment with the federal government.

The U.S. Census Bureau is Hiring!
The Census Bureau is hiring Census takers to help get a full count of everyone in the community! You can help ensure that everyone in Florida is accounted for in the 2020 Census. Census results also determine U.S. House of Representatives seats and funding for roads, schools and hospitals in your neighborhood.

It’s an opportunity for:

  • Retirees.
  • College students.
  • People looking for temporary employment.
  • Individuals looking for a second, temporary job.
  • Individuals who are available to work flexible hours, which can include days, evenings, and/or weekends.

Most positions will require access to a car or readily available public transportation and a computer. Learn more and apply today!
