Representatives Alcee L. Hastings (D-FL) and Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL), Co-Chairs of the Congressional Everglades Caucus, will host a caucus meeting to discuss legislative issues important to the 16 counties that comprise the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD). The meeting will focus on the Herbert Hoover Dike, Kissimmee River restoration, Indian River Lagoon-South, and the Caloosahatchee River West Basin Storage Reservoir. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at 9:00 AM in room 2253 of the Rayburn House Office Building.
